Our extra virgin olive oil is produced from olives cultivated using Integrated Farming methods. The oil is extracted at room temperature without the use of water or heat. These oils, Picual variety, have a very high concentration of
tocopherol, squalene and polyphenol; components of great nutritional importance (natural antioxidants, provitamins, vitamins) and great value for the heart. The traditional process of obtaining oil does not respect this natural richness, wasting most of it with the pomace. However, our process controls it all by reducing the extraction time, no emulsions forming, allowing the obtained oil to retain all its
properties. Our oil is recognized by the Regulating Board through the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) label.
